Day 12. TGIF! Today is kind of a blah day. It’s my second day on the Max phase and I still can’t believe how sweet the Advocare Chocolate Milkshake meal replacement is. Other than that, I have nothing new to report
This weekend I will be working on my fitness. I have had so many problems with different recumbent bikes at different gyms so I decided to buy one. Here is the one I bought:
It looks like it should work and it said the seat can be adjusted higher so I hope I can use it! I will be parked in front of the tv-bikin’ and bingin’ (on tv shows) 🙂
Speaking of TV shows, I would like to say a few words about the mass exodus that ABC performed yesterday. Castle, The Family, Grandfathered, Grinder, The Muppets and Gallavant were all cancelled. I am sad about all of them!! The worst is Castle because it is my favorite show, however they were not going to be able to get the girl who played Beckett back next year so it might not have been as good as it is now. The other one I am extremely upset about is The Family. That one is a mystery show that reveals more and more each week. It is going to go unsolved because there is no season 2. I actually started a petition to get it moved to Netflix. I would appreciate, even if you don’t watch it, if you would sign it:
